Send a few photos and rough acreage. We read density and trunk size off the pictures and come back the same day with a firm range. No charge, no obligation.
Takes about two minutes. Only the first four are required. The rest just makes the number tighter.
Four shots is usually plenty. Phone pictures are fine. We’re reading vegetation, not admiring the composition.
Walk the property line and shoot each corner looking back in. That tells us shape and usable area far better than a number on a deed does, and it shows us what’s actually inside the line.
Find the worst of it and photograph that. We price off the heaviest section, so showing us only the open ground gets you a number that won’t hold.
Where would a truck and trailer come in? Gate width, overhead limbs, soft ground, a culvert at the road. Access moves the price more than most people expect.
Trees you want kept, a well head, an irrigation line, a fence you don’t want touched, a power drop. Far cheaper to know now than to find out with a machine running.
Not a one-line figure with no working shown. Here’s the actual format.
Then the price holds.
We walk the property before work starts. If what we find differs from the photos. A wet section you couldn’t see, twice the trunk diameter we read. We stop and talk to you before anything runs. What we don’t do is start the job and hand you a bigger invoice at the end.
No deposit on mulching or site work. Where we haul material in, the deposit covers the material.
Questions about the work itself are on the services page.
If it lands before mid-afternoon on a working day, you’ll almost always have a number before the evening. Later than that and it’s the next morning. We’re running machines during the day, so the honest answer is that quoting happens at lunch and after hours. But it does happen, and you won’t be chasing us for it.
That happens a lot with land bought at auction or inherited from out of state. Send the parcel ID or the address and we’ll pull up what we can from aerials, then go stand on it ourselves before quoting. It takes a day or two longer and it still doesn’t cost you anything.
No. Quotes and walkthroughs are free. If we’ve quoted you and you go with someone else, that’s the job.
We walk it before the machine starts. If it’s materially different from what we priced, we stop and tell you then. With the revised number and the reason. And you decide. The one thing that never happens is finding out at invoice time.
Yes. Send the addresses together and we’ll price them as a package. Getting the truck and trailer out is a fixed cost, so several lots in the same area comes in well under quoting them separately.
Most quotes come back the same day. No deposit on mulching or site work, and the price we agree on is the price you pay.
